Right of Withdrawal and Returns

According to the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (SFS 2005:59), the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date you, as the buyer, receive the product. If you wish to cancel your purchase and return the item, it must be in substantially unchanged condition with original tags intact and must not be used or washed. You will receive a refund for the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.

We cover the return shipping cost! To receive a return label, please email us at support@eqona.se. The return label may also be included in your package.
